Master baker Bettina Scemama is joined by Judy Bolton-Fasman, arts and culture reporter for JewishBoston, to discuss Sephardic Jewish cuisine as experienced in Cuba and other Latin American countries. Join Bettina and Judy as they dive into Jewish culinary history. Prepare for this virtual event by picking up Bettina’s amazing creations, sprinkled with Israeli flavors and enhanced with the Jewish soul.
